In addition to the luncheon seminars sponsored by corporations, there are 3 luncheon seminars held at Neuroscience 2018. Online reservation is available for the luncheon seminars (a lunch box (Bento) will be served) at The 41st Annual Meeting of the Japan Neuroscience Society. Please make a reservation in advance for the luncheon seminars you would like to attend and you will avoid having to queue at the ticket desk on-site every morning.

No participants can register for more than 1 luncheon seminar per day during the annual meeting. If you have already registered for corporation sponsored luncheon seminars, please choose other dates.

2. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your e-mail account after your reservation has been successfully completed.

• Please note that we are providing this reservation service on a first-come, first-served basis, and that the site will be closed upon reaching a quota.
• “Lunch Box Voucher” for these 3 seminars will not be sent to you prior to the meeting. Your voucher will be ready for you to pick up at “Luncheon Seminar Desk” at the venue.

1. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that online reservation may be closed when the number of reservations reaches the maximum number of tickets prepared even during the reservation period. Also, no changes are accepted after your reservation has been completed.
2. Please make sure to confirm the e-mail sent after your reservation has been completed.
3. Participants who did not make it to the pre-registration for the annual meeting can still register for those luncheon seminars. If this is the case, you will be required to complete on-site registration at the venue upon your arrival.
