We can provide assistance for those who need a visa to come to Japan to speak at the 41st annual meeting of JNS (Neuroscience 2018).
Management Secretariat can help Oral/Poster presenters (including Travel Award recipients.) only.
If you are an oral/poster presenter, please follow the instruction below and send the necessary documents to neurosci2018@intergroup.co.jp.
For those who are speaking at a symposium, please contact the symposium organizer directly.
Our visa support is only for speakers. If you are not presenting at the meeting, you are responsible for making the necessary travel arrangements yourself. For general information on visas, please visit the link below.

Note: Failure to provide a fully completed application form or the necessary documents may result in the delay of your application process.
IMPORTANT: We are not able to help you with visa applications for stays more than 3 days outside the meeting period (July 26-29). If you are staying longer, you are responsible for making the necessary arrangements for those extra days yourself.
Please note that it generally takes 4-5 business days for your package to be delivered to you. A tracking number will be provided to you for your reference once the package is shipped.
IMPORTANT: We will send your package to the mailing address on your application form. Please make sure that you provide the accurate and complete address as well as the phone number. Incorrect or insufficient information may result in the delay or the return of your package.
The visa examination process may take more than a month. Upon receiving the package, please take all of the contents and apply for a visa at the Japanese Embassy / Consulate General in your own country (region) or country (region) of residence at your earliest convenience.
IMPORTANT: Applying for a visa does not guarantee that your visa will be issued. We are not liable for the rejection of your application. If you are not able to attend the meeting due to delay or failure to obtain a visa, your registration fee will not be refunded.
